Terms of Registration
For you to be considered a member or registered with Shoot Us Instead or one of its many Sub-Divisions you MUST be registered with the Shoot Us Instead website located here http://www.shootusinstead.com.au. Once you are a registered with the website you may begin to use all of the clan’s services and features. These services and features include TeamSpeak, website, game servers (scrims and private matches), Ventrilo (some games not all), personal blog and or web space, private TeamSpeak channels.

Shoot Us Instead is a family gaming environment that’s why we are always trying to improve our attitude towards younger players. To be considered a part of the Senior Gaming Division you must be 18 years of age or older, if you are 17 years of age or younger you will be added to the Junior Gaming Division.

When registering on the website you will be asked your age lying about your age will have you removed from the clan until further notice should action be taken.



TeamSpeak and Use of TeamSpeak
TeamSpeak is provided to our members as a service for the purpose of in game communication. This program is used in the background while you are playing a game. We use TeamSpeak to communicate and to discuss clan related events and to have clan related meetings.

When you join TeamSpeak you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Members & Administrations are all bound by the same rules.
1. Name changing in TeamSpeak will not be tolerated unrecognized nicknames will be BANNED.
2. Sharing TeamSpeak information with your friends without prior approval of admins or checking with members in TeamSpeak is not permitted.
3. The creation of TeamSpeak channels is not permitted unless approved by a verified admin.
4. Admins are not allowed to share or give admin permissions to other members without OzzCustard's approval.
5. Everyone who uses TeamSpeak MUST BE registered on the Shoot Us Instead Clan website it doesn’t matter whether they are a clan member or not.
6. People who are not registered on the Shoot Us Instead site will be warned.  Failure to register after warning will result in 10 minute bans until user gets the message.
7. By entering TeamSpeak you hereby agree to these rules. Failure to follow will result in a Perma Ban.

Game Servers
The use of game servers is as followed. All members including admins will respect the rights of all members an players in a server clan members that are not server admins and say “I WILL GET YOU BANNED” will not be tolerated an may have action taken against them such as a temp ban or even removal from the clan. Admins who abuse admin privileges will have them removed.

By join Shoot Us Instead you agree to everything listed and stated in this directive, if you should breach or violate any part of this agreement you may be removed by force from the clan. With no possible chance of every coming back.
